Hi Chris, The Croatia holiday was excellent – everything worked well with no issues. Hotel selection was brilliant – all were excellent locations, some with real character, like the Palace in Zagreb. The Boutique Apartments in Dubrovnik were a great find, as was the Miric Inn in Plitvice. Ferry from Dubrovnik to Split/Trogir was tight, as expected, and arrived about 15 minutes late – another ferry had taken the docking location in Bol so we ended up bobbing around for some time. However, Jack could adjust his organized Uber timing, met us at the dock, and we made Trogir in time for the boat. The MTA app was very useful, and was a frequent and handy reference. We just returned from a 40-day trip to southern Africa. No small feat when leaving from Louisiana, USA. We could never have done this trip without Chris. We have just returned from a cruise on the Diamond princess from Sydney. Chris organised all our accommodation in Singapore for 3 nights prior to the cruise also. I have always found Chris to be really efficient and have entrusted him with several bookings over the past couple of years. But I want to say an extra big thank you for his assistance during my last trip, when a last-minute cancellation from one airline meant having to re-book connecting flights and accommodation, and when more delays at the airport lead to re-issuing tickets a second time, all within 24 hours. Travelling from a small airport in West Africa, with no service or information desks, I was able to contact Chris who, despite the time difference, went beyond and above and sorted everything out. I have no doubt that it would have been a highly stressful situation, had he not been there to assist. Chris organised a trip to Bali for us last year, our 25th wedding anniversary. As a very experienced agent Chris asked us a lot of questions on what we wanted from our trip. Hamish helped our family of 4 to travel to the UK and back to Sydney during the second half of 2021. Circumstances were changing all the time and at every step there was uncertainty (Will our existing flights be cancelled? Will new flights become available? Will quarantine/vaccination/test requirements change? What if we get a positive covid test before we leave!?!?).

Hamish came to our rescue when things got worse with new Covid strains in the UK early 2021. We were desperate to see family and friends and he managed to get us on flights when quotas were halved so we could make use of the time we had with UK school closures. Others we knew had flights cancelled multiple times.

Hamish was an absolute life saver! After 5 cancelled flights trying to get back from the UK we were desperate to get back to Australia. He managed to get us on a flight there and then which departed in 5 days. He kept us informed throughout the weekend and even on the day when there were last minute changes around covid testing he let us know so we could get a rapid test. Hamish was so quick to respond even on UK time (I don’t know when he sleeps).

Hamish Naicker is an absolute legend. He is very well connected, informed and responsive. It is a difficult time to travel anywhere and particularly in and out of Australia. Hamish and his team are very well informed and have been one of the key agencies helping fellow Aussies and other travellers navigate the difficult landscape we find ourselves in.
The rules and systems for international travel into and out of Australia are constantly changing and complex. The time zone differences between Australia and the UK in particular are tough.
Hamish works quickly, is realistic but also has a positive disposition and can do attitude.
He seems to pull rabbits out of hats in this increasingly difficult landscape, is empathic of the situation travellers find themselves in and is a real advocate for his clients.
He’s got great connections into the airlines and managed to get me home on an economy flight. My first flight was cancelled due to circumstances he couldn’t foresee and within 24 hours he had me booked on a cheaper, more direct and earlier flight. He also dealt with the refund of the first cancelled flight which made things easier. He does all this while putting you at ease and answering numerous questions on process, options and recommendations. He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients.

We had a tight timeline and Leesa put together an amazing itinerary that maximised every day with a careful balance of just the right amount of time to experience each city without feeling like we were rushing, with enough time to relax as well. I have recently returned from a wonderful trip to Russia. I was travelling with Lina, an itravel consultant, a native speaker of Russian but also fluent in English.
We were collected for our adventure by a small tour bus and then travelled overnight before arriving at our first tour base along the Chuiski Tract in the Altai Region.
Surrounded by glorious mountain and river scenery, our tour base provided basic facilities, as did the other tour bases we encountered. Other equipment provided was basic. Meals were very basic camp fare.
The activities planned daily were far from basic. We were treated to magnificent sights at every turn. Soaring, snow-capped mountains. Huge, rushing rivers. Waterfalls. Glaciers. Rock structures. Fascinating local towns. Animal life. Vegetation of every type.
Our cook, tour guide and driver looked after us every step of the way. Some challenging hiking tested us, but also brought us to yet more wonderful places to see.
Our small group of travel companions became our second family, a very enjoyable feature of the tour.
Our tour ended at the beautiful Lake Teletskoye. The old hotel accommodation here seemed like 5-star and we enjoyed having shower and bathroom facilities after our camping.
Our return coach trip was relatively comfortable, allowing us to see different parts of the countryside and some of the other interesting larger cities.
I am so pleased I went. It was the trip of a lifetime. But I couldn’t have done it without the dedicated concern that Lina consistently showed for my welfare. As well as being translator she smoothed over any hurdles big and small and was always a positive, sunny companion.

To feel a sense of trepidation when you book a tour to somewhere no one you know has been is I’m sure, quite natural. Then, to experience the incredible natural beauty of Lake Baikal, Listvyanka, and the Altai Mountains, is without doubt, one of my life’s greatest moments.
The Trans- Siberian railway, the mountain lakes and waterfalls, plus museum trips and constant consideration for your wellbeing was excellent. Our guides were both professional and most in tune to any perceived needs.

I am an experienced traveller for both work and pleasure and have been working with Linda Hogan for more than 15 years. Not once in this time has there been a single drama with any booking that has to be a record of some kind.
Linda has helped organise luxury, budget and even some fairly unorthodox travel in the past from staying in a European castle to a luxury cruise down the Nile, staying in a converted stable in Tuscany and a cave in Turkey.
Last year Linda Hogan organised my short trip to Beijing, China. Linda planned the whole trip for me from beginning to end, it was so wonderful. My visit to China ran smoothly with no problems, I, had complete confidence on arrival in China, as Linda had a driver waiting for me at the airport. Ask me to choose my favorite and I couldn’t, they were all amazing..wish you could see our photos! Lucy knowns her Aeroplanes (a small obsession) the best seats, her ships .. the best cabins.. her hotels.. the best locations. Crazy details like booking a hotel in Rome that includes a local mobile phone to use while we are there because getting an Italian sim card is impossible. When booking domestic flights in the USA, booking priority boarding so we get to keep our hand luggage on us.. who even knew that was a problem?? At the beginning of the Pandemic we had a huge holiday booked that I cancelled, unfortunately after we had just paid in full for but before it was declared a pandemic, so travel insurance wouldn’t cover. Lucy worked so hard to get our money back and what little was left outstanding she has managed to get credits honoured that we are about to use in Venice and Scotland. I have only one thing left to say, do yourself a favour and book your holiday with Lucy.. SHE’S THE BEST!

All went very well thanks – a great holiday. The logistics were all smooth and the venues good. Accommodation: mainly great especially Titilaka Lodge.
Let down a bit by the Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco but all other hotels great. Trek: amazing – what a team of porters, cook and guide! We were well looked after – and Machu Picchu a stunning end-point.
A&K reps: all great. Best was Layla, who looked after us in Cusco and Sacred Valley. also Julio, the guide at Titlaka was brilliant.
Food: highs – generally great menus and food, especially Paracas, Trek, Titilaka. The restaurant that Wayne chose for his birthday in Cusco, Map Cafe, was amazing – put it on your list of recommendations for future clients!
Absolute stand out for me was the food on the trek prepared by our chef Tourivio (not sure of spelling) – completely amazing healthy food under challenging conditions, and our porters – all from the same community in Ollantaytambo.

I have been thinking of you…I want you to know, we had a fabulous trip!!! It was all perfect…the Hotel Rivoli in Florence was absolutely lovely, the decor was gracious and welcoming and so was the staff..certainly recommend it !!! And it had a three star Michelin rating…we only had one formal dinner there, but it was delicious!

All I can say about our trip is that it was PERFECT in every way. Every day was wonderful and fantastic and amazing. The weather was spectacular, the cruise was incredible, the food was delicious, the wine was fabulous ( especially in Spain) and it is so nice to think about it and talk about it again. It was amazing travelling with Sal, we had such a good time, and the Mediterranean men are certainly handsome !! We had fabulous seats on Emirates with lots of leg room, of course the coming home was the hard part. It does feel a bit like a dim memory but I have the 5,500 photos to remind me again and again. I have known Stephanie for about 4 months having met at one of her travel parties. I have since booked 3 trips through her and have found her to be fantastic. My cousin and I were privileged to be able to join Sue Milosova on her organised tour, to her country of birth, Macedonia.
We are still enjoying being able to relive our wonderful experiences through our photos and videos.
The tour, thanks to Sue’s expert knowledge and experience, was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed everything the tour had to offer! The restaurants and other food experiences were amazing, especially the freshly grown produce from the farm visits. All of our off the beaten track experiences only added to the charm of those villages.
We recently travelled with Sue and seventeen other travellers to Croatia.
It was really a wonderful and a memorable holiday for us. Every day was just exciting and interesting with something to see and to do; we felt so comfortable and secure in Croatia the fact that Sue was around and with her depth of knowledge of the area. She was just like a ‘mother hen’.
If an opportunity arises to travel with Sue again in the future, we will do it.
We would like to express our appreciation for managing and looking after our travel arrangement last December through your itravel agent Susan Clark. She was very helpful throughout the process and even guided us through when we were already on holiday. It was extra special because of what happened to my son, Brandon.
Brandon was diagnosed with acute appendicitis a day before our scheduled departure. I managed to inform Susan of the situation so she can cancel or arrange new date for Brandon’s travel. She simply said, “Just look after your son, and I will look after his booking”. Because my son is still underage, we need to make arrangement for unaccompanied minor. She looked after all the paper works and just said, “Sign it and send to me before you fly out”.

We booked through iTravel and had an amazing Travel Agent Suzie Tohme who booked our entire trip. I would highly recommend anyone going through Suzie when they go to book a trip (especially how long & detailed ours was), she was so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable! We went to Paris, Lourdes, Monte Carlo, Rome, Venice, Maldives and Dubai. Hotels we highly recommend were the Shangri-La in Paris, the Fairmont in Monte Carlo, Anantara Dhugi in Maldives and Atlantis in Dubai.
I just wanted to say a big thankyou to you for organising our holiday to Castaway Island – Fiji in December. It was a really lovely holiday. Everything was excellent – the accommodation, the food, the friendly staff, even the weather. We are especially glad that we went the week before Christmas, as they were only at 30% capacity, so we often had the pool to ourselves, the kids club was small, so our girls got to know the other kids, etc. By the time we left on Christmas Eve the island was full and really busy. Thankyou again. It was a very enjoyable, relaxing & memorable holiday!

We had a great time. The accommodation was perfect on both Maui and Oahu. The service and people were extremely friendly. Even the waves on Waikiki were pretty good which was a surprise. Thanks again
