I have been working in the Travel Industry for 19 years. Over the years I have worked in both corporate and Leisure Travel. I have a passion for skiing so I specialise in Ski holidays. I have skiied at Breckenridge, Jackson Hole, Lake Louise, Banff, Sun Peaks, Tahoe, Steamboat , Japan (Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro, Tomamu, Nozawa Onsen and Myoko Kogen) and Thredbo. I have also travelled to America, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Fiji, Balli, Maldives, London, Russia, Japan and Hawaii.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have been offered and have declined the option to purchase travel insurance for my upcoming trip. I understand that by waiving travel insurance, I am fully responsible for any financial losses or expenses that may arise as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Trip Cancellation or Interruption:
  • Due to personal or family emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen events.
2. Medical Expenses:
  • Costs incurred due to illness or injury while travelling.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Baggage and Personal Effects:
  • Expenses related to the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
4. Travel Delays:
  • Additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.
5. Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation:

It was nice to get your greeting card when we got to Kiroro.

Unsurprisingly your reputation preceded the card. My wife and son are in South Africa right now and anyway before we left I was “interrogated” by the chap – also a skier – we use to book those trips at Flight Centre Balgowlah. He said he knows of your enviable reputation, your snow expertise. We thankfully benefit from that I told him, always spot on.

Hi Donna,

We love Japan – the people, food and skiing all exceeded our expectations. Nozawa was fantastic. It snowed on our travel day and the conditions were perfect for two days and great for the others. The Grand was really good and so was the food.
