IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS

✅ All passengers must create or sign in to their cruise line account and complete online check-in, including contact information, passport details and emergency contact information. Required documentation, passport and visa (if applicable) must be presented at embarkation. E-tickets and boarding passes are available through the cruise line’s account and app once requirements are completed.

✅ Shore excursions, dining reservations and onboard experiences, including spa treatments, may be booked through the cruise line account when available for the sailing.

✅ All travellers, including infants, must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond their return travel date to Australia.

✅ Visa and entry requirements vary by country and may change without notice. Travellers are responsible for obtaining all required visas and documentation for countries visited or transited. For current Australian travel advice, visit Smartraveller.

✅ Non-Australian passport holders should contact the relevant embassies or consulates for current visa and entry requirements and ensure they hold the appropriate documentation to re-enter Australia.

✅ Comprehensive travel insurance with cruise cover is strongly recommended for the duration of the holiday. Cover should include cancellation costs, onboard and overseas medical expenses, repatriation, lost luggage, personal liability and other unexpected expenses. Proof of insurance may be required at embarkation, and insurance may be mandatory for some cruise lines and destinations.

✅ Minors aged 17 and under travelling without their legal guardian may require a notarised consent form signed by the child’s guardian. Contact the cruise line for its Minor Consent Form and requirements.

✅ If a child has a different surname from their accompanying parent or guardian, original or notarised supporting documentation may be required. Refer to the cruise line’s website for acceptable documents.

✅ Cruise itineraries are subject to change due to weather, mechanical difficulties, civil unrest or other unforeseen circumstances.

✅ Passengers must be on board at least two hours before sailing on the first day of the cruise. Refer to cruise documentation for the designated boarding time.

✅ Disembarkation usually begins approximately two hours after docking on the final day.

✅ Fuel surcharges, taxes and port fees may change without notice, including after a booking has been confirmed or final payment has been made.
