I recently had a great trip to Vietnam with my family. You can read about my trip below!

Flew: We travelled with Vietnam Airlines. It's the best option for travel to Vietnam offering direct services to Ho Chi Minh City with connections throughout Vietnam. Asian and Western food choices offered on board, but it should be noted that there are limited inflight entertainment options compared to other airlines.

Stayed: In Hanoi we stayed at the Sofitel and the Hotel de la Opera which are both 5 star hotels and are surrounded by dining and entertainment options. In Halong Bay, we did a beautiful 2 night Starlight Cruise which is a luxury product. In our final stop in Ho Chi Minh City, we stayed at the Pullman Saigon which is a centrally located 5 star hotel.

Played: Some of the great activities we did in Hanoi included dining at the Opera House, drinking Bia Hoi with the locals, taking a Rickshaw ride through the Old Quarter and a Sam Pan and bike ride through the Cat Ba National Park.
The cruise was a fabulous option in Halong Bay and in Ho Chi Minh City we saw the Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta and Ben Thanh Markets. Dining on the sidewalk of bustling streets is also an amazing experience to try.
