Royal Caribbean - Oasis of the Seas

Royal Caribbean - Oasis of the Seas

We toured the Eastern Caribbean on the luxurious RCCL Ship - Oasis of the Seas. The statistics alone on how this ship actually runs is amazing. Make sure you go to the Captain's talk and listen in on how this environmentally friendly ship runs with 6000 guests and 2700 crew on board . This is considered to be the biggest cruise ship in the world and word has it that it's sister ship is bigger by 5cm! Our ports were Haiti, Jamaica and Cozumel. We stayed in cabin 1016 which was located in the middle of the ship. There are 14 decks on board. The stability on this ship did not make it feel as if we were at sea. Smooth and calm for the entire trip. The weather and water was everything you would dream of in the Caribbean. For such a huge ship, I can honestly say that we did not feel claustrophibic. The food was excellent and if you get the chance - book into the speciality restaurants located in Central Park (the middle of the ship has a park with 7 restaurants located in this area). My kids favourite....
